I am the owner of Flat 2, 29 Wellington Square, Hastings, TN34 1PN and am looking to rent out the car parking space that comes with my flat as it's not in use. Benefits include:
-The space is in a prime central location, 2 minute walk from Hastings high street and the seafront, 10 minute walk from the train station and very close to the historic castle.
-Car Parking permits are required in Wellington Square and cost £75 for a year with no guarantee of a space. If you don't have a permit, you can pay on a meter if you are lucky enough to find a space but this works out very expensive.
-Spaces in Hastings are often very hard to come by in this location. I'm offering a private space, with guaranteed parking for a year (or happy to come to an arrangement for shorter or longer period) for a very very reasonable price.
